Frequently asked questions

Where is my order?

Open the app and tap the Orders tab to see live status and tracking. If you don't see an update within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we'll look into it.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 2–3 business days from our shop.
• Domestic (US) delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Tracking information is sent to your email and visible in the app.

Returns & exchanges

• Unopened candles and colognes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
• Hand-carved candles, custom-scented items, and 21 Division custom blends are final sale.
• Items damaged in transit are replaced at no cost — email a photo within 7 days.

Wrong or missing item

Email hello@ruthycaribbeanbotanica.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll make it right.

Account & login

Trouble signing in or want to delete your account? Email us with the email address on your account and we'll take care of it. Account deletion is honored within 7 business days.

Payments

We process payments securely through Square. We never see or store your full card number.
